Stable Builds

Hi All,
To get us back to stable builds on trunk & Jenkins, I disabled gora-solr,
disabled all mentions of sql dependencies from parent pom.xml and tutorial
pom.xml and reverted the google guava library to 10.0.1.
This seems to have done the trick and we are back in business.
Once we have the classloading issue sorted, the process of reactivating the
gora-solr module will be trivial. I am actually using this module in my
current work so it is certainly not forgotten about already.
For me personally. I think the next stage is the Avro upgrade... I will be
working on this soon and will update the various open Jira issues as I
progress.
Thanks
Lewis
