setting directory permission in windows 98

i am using apache win32 on a win98 machine .. i want to set permission on some alias directory i created earlier ... so that only the user <letmein> can access its content .

i created the user with the httpasswd.exe utility . then i opened the acesss.conf file which was blank & set permission like this .

<Directory E:\movies\timecop >
Require User letmein
</Directory>

but it is giving this error ....

I can't quote your query because you posted in HTML - please post again
in plain text...

(you're using Outlook, I guess... When you open the "Reply", click in
"Format", then "plain-text". If you really want to excel, define the
apache list as a user who always receives plain-text)

Rgds,

Owen Boyle.
