Hi @sashidhar existing LeastBytesUsedStorageLocationSelectorStrategy only considers current used size. In an heterogeneous env, some machines might have bigger capacity, so even if their current used size is bigger than other machines, their available space is bigger. so introduce MostAvailableSizeStorageLocationSelectorStrategy to consider available size.
