   I met something like this a few days ago. But I am working non-ARM environment. Maybe there is a helping for you.
   
   1. remove "./deps" directory.
   2. following [this doc](https://github.com/apache/apisix/blob/master/docs/en/latest/install-dependencies.md) and walking through again.
   3. make deps
