Deleted old releases (0.9.0, 0.10.0, 0.11.0, 0.12.0, 0.13.0) from:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/systemml/

Also deleted old release candidates from:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/systemml/
