When we had a switch fail between CS Manager, and KVM Hosts nodes, CS showed many hosts down.

Upon a restart of CS Management Service, GUI comes up, but will not take commands to create jobs. Job gets created in aysync_job table, but does not run, and no Notification in the GUI.
