passing ActionForm from one Action to Another(new Bie)
if we have to forward from one Action to Another then Can we pass whole
ActionForm from one Action to Another Action
or we have to send parameter like
request.setAttribute("variable",ActionForm.getVariableValue())
or If you can suggest any better Approach

Single copy of Struts in your local drive for multiple struts app does not
reduce the amount of dynamic memory consumption.
Having copy of struts for each webapp makes the maintainant task much
easier. Since it is self-contained and less dependent. Forexample for the
case when you want to update struts lib for one app but not the other.

You can't do that -
"WARNING - Do NOT add struts.jar to the classpath of your servlet container
in an attempt to avoid placing it in the /WEB-INF/lib directory of each
individual web app! Doing so will cause problems with ClassNotFoundException
exceptions."
