[jira] Created: (HBASE-3639) FSUtils.getRootDir should qualify path

FSUtils.getRootDir should qualify path
--------------------------------------

                 Key: HBASE-3639
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-3639
             Project: HBase
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 0.90.1
            Reporter: Todd Lipcon
            Priority: Critical
             Fix For: 0.90.2

Currently you can run into a StackOverflowError if the hbase root dir is on the non-default filesystem. Making FSUtils.getRootDir qualify its path solves this issue.
