[PATCH] jakarta-servletapi-5 (MIME types for JSPX)

Attached is a patch to add the proper MIME types for the content the 
JSPX examples generate.

jsr152/examples/jsp2/jspx/textRotate.jspx:
     - Added content type of image/svg+xml

jsr152/examples/jsp2/jspx/basic.jspx:
     - Added content type of text/html
