[jira] [Created] (FOP-2806) Table cell padding offsets the entire cell border in RTL

Robert Flaherty created FOP-2806:
------------------------------------

Summary: Table cell padding offsets the entire cell border in RTL
                 Key: FOP-2806
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FOP-2806
             Project: FOP
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: renderer/pdf
    Affects Versions: 2.3
         Environment: Win10 and Linux6
            Reporter: Robert Flaherty
         Attachments: FopLtrOk.pdf, FopLtrOk.xml, FopRtlBug1.pdf, FopRtlBug1.xml, FopRtlBug2.pdf, FopRtlBug2.xml, LiberationSans-Bold.ttf, LiberationSans-BoldItalic.ttf, LiberationSans-Italic.ttf, LiberationSans-Regular.ttf, fo-config.xml, run.bat

My FO document in LR writing mode lays out fine, with three row headers left aligned with some left padding.  Roughly the same document except with the writing mode / alignment / padding flipped doesn't render correctly.  The cell border is shifted, almost acting like a margin, but spills over into other cells.  I also tried flipping the left/right padding in RTL, just to see what would happen, and the border was pushed the other way.  I didn't upload examples for padding-start/end, but they were the same.
