network burps

Just wanted to let people know that if at times it
looks like some of us IBMers are responding kind of
late to notes or duplicating what others have said it might
be because we don't get *some* of our external mail
for over a day or more.  Very annoying, but out mail
router seems to like to sit on some (not all just some)
of our mail for a little while before it forwards it on to us.
