[release-prep] repo, meta, util candidates
I've just prepared updated release candidates for the following:
avalon-meta-1.2.1
avalon-util-1.0
avalon-repository-1.2
The avalon-meta package has a small number of bug fixes and lots
of doc updates - basically a maintenance release. The avalon-utils
package is the collection of the defaults, env, exception and artifact
plugin that are shared by merlin and the avalon-repository package.
The avalon-repository package is the adaption of the repository
subsystem from merlin with lots of improvements - in particular the
ability to provide generic bootstrap support and classloader creation.
There is still a couple of pages of documetation to write in the utils
and repo package which should be done in the next few days. Aside from
that, all three packages are ready for release. I've posted RC up on
the following location:
http://www.apache.org/~mcconnell/dist/avalon/avalon-meta
http://www.apache.org/~mcconnell/dist/avalon/avalon-util
http://www.apache.org/~mcconnell/dist/avalon/avalon-repository
This includes binary (including docs) and source distributions for
each package. Once the doc updates I mentioned are completed I would
like to proceed with a vote to release - so any feedback on the
current distributions would be really great if it comes in within the
next couple of days.

Utility package documetation is now complete.
