This information is still missing from BUILDING.txt.  Additionally, I'd like us to document {{-Drequire.fuse}} and {{-Drequire.libwebhdfs}}.

[~tthompso], I see the issue is assigned to you.  Are you still interested in working on this?  I might just ask someone to do it quickly during the Hadoop bug bash on Friday, 5/8.
