   Hi, my name is Gelila and I have a group that is interested in working on this issue. I've reproduced the issue and confirmed that a user that has created a dashboard cannot be deleted, even after deleting that user's dashboard, with the error message "There was an issue deleting [username]." We'd love to try fixing it if a fix is still needed.
