Release schedule

Sorry guys,

In September I promised I could produce in short time a tarball for both 
Rivet 2.1.0 and 2.0.6. I started to revise the docs but I have to 
suspend now, I'm very busy at the moment and I have to put off this goal 
for a week or two.
