[Bug 123370] Images with same resolution but different file format gets scaled/displayed different

Oh, I just found something which might be helpful in solving this case.
Both images should have the same original cm size in the image size
description.
But actually the stretched bigger PNG actually has the correct width definition
as height in it!!!
So it looks like there is a width with height mix up!

The correct displayed JPG image has 10.58cm as Width and when I look at the PNG
info it has 10.58cm as Height instead of Width!!!! (and the wrong width
information of 14.11cm)
