If multiple concurrent thread tried to update x_service_version_info, sometimes some updates lost due to lost [update phenomena/ anomaly|https://vladmihalcea.com/a-beginners-guide-to-database-locking-and-the-lost-update-phenomena/]. Add preventive measure in x_service_version_info updates.
