Have you used InstallApacheFlex 3.0 in the last two days?
Hi,
Our usage tracking is showing that folks using the Apache Flex Installer
3.0 are reporting lots of failed or aborted installs on Windows. If
you've installed an Apache Flex SDK over the last two days or so and
didn't complete the install, can you tell us why?
Thanks,
-Alex

Certainly possible given it IE on windows related and our audience is IE shy. Not sure what we can do about it however, other than detect that error code and provide a possible fix to the user.

Did you try it more than once? If it is consistent, can you use a network
monitor to see what is going on?
@Others: Are you having the same problem?

I updated to 3.0 and when I opened up the installer, I got following log:
Version 3.0.0 (windows)
Unable to load http://flex.apache.org/installer/sdk-installer-config-4.0.xml
Error while trying to load XML configuration file: 2032
Unable to clean up temporary installation directories
Installation aborted

HI,
Perhaps CC to users as well? (However with the number of installs I'd guess less than 10% of people are signed up to either list.)
