RE: screen sharing-multiple downloads
Hi Everyone,
I am getting multiple dowloads of screen share java-plugin, each time I click on the screen sharing option its' giving a new file with save/discard option. Is there any possible way to use the same java plugin, the one downloaded at the starting and also to stop multiple downloads of the same file.
Thanks and Regards,

I'm afraid 5 seconds timeout might not be good for every user. ==> It can be
3 seconds like Camtasia
You can set up screen region to share and exclude jnlp dialog. ==> I didn't
find this option. where's please ?

I don't know.
Actually it should be browser/system setting to
1) associate jlnp file with java/javaws
2) tell browser to open file without prompting to save it

Hi Maxim,
Thanks Maxim, it’s worked for me in Firefox. Is it possible to do the same in IE and chrome?

The only option is to set up your browser (if I'm not mistaken FF can open jnlp files without download prompt)
I'm afraid 5 seconds timeout might not be good for every user. You can set up screen region to share and exclude jnlp dialog.

Also it will much practical if the recording begin after a 5 seconds discount (for example). In this case we can avoid to record the .jnlp box because we have time to minimize it.

Yes Maxim but maybe there's a solution to open the .jnlp without the
download box of the navigator.
Also it will much practical if the recording begin after a 5 seconds discount (for example). In this case we can avoid to record the .jnlp box because we have time to minimize it.

Hello Maxim,
Thank you Maxim I thought all are same. One small suggestion it will be good if we have Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+Y options in the white board

Hello Mukesh,
The files are not identical, they have same name, but it's content is slightly differs.
To check you can try to run previously downloaded *.jlnp file (say the file downloaded yesterday or the day before yesterday) and you will be unable to record or share screen.
