[PR] docs: add AGENTS.md and improve README build instructions [sling-org-apache-sling-commons-messaging-mail]

   Improves developer-facing documentation for the Apache Sling Commons Messaging Mail module.
   
   **Changes:**
   - Add `AGENTS.md` with project overview, core commands, project layout, development patterns, Git workflow, testing guidelines, and known gotchas for AI coding agents and contributors
   - Expand README with a new **Build and Test** section listing common Maven commands (unit tests, integration tests, static analysis)
   - Reformat README feature list with bold labels and fix minor wording (e.g. `sendMessage` now described as async via `CompletableFuture`)
   - Fix code example indentation in the usage snippet (remove stray leading spaces, fix chained `replyTo` call missing semicolon)
   - Tighten Integration Tests section: simplify prose and update external-SMTP example to use `failsafe:integration-test failsafe:verify` instead of `mvn clean install`
   - Minor wording cleanups in the Dependencies list
