I don't get no "Satisfaction" by Jagger

Dear Gurus,
I've already installed Apache+Tomcat4.But in Task it they work
separatly.When I saw system processes with
#ps auxw
Linux shows long list.

So is there way to Optimize Tomcat to get full satisfaction?
