Tomahawk - jsValueChangeListener bodyTagEvent="onload"

Not sure what’s going on but I can’t get my t:jsValueChangeListener to invoke it’s body tag event.  I’m trying to run my my jsValueChangeListener code when the page loads.  When I view source after the page has been generated, the body tag does not have a onload event.  I know my expressions are working because they work fine after the page has loaded.  Any ideas?
 
I’m using MyFaces 1.2.5 with Tomahawk 1.1.8.
