[ANNOUNCE] Apache Artemis 1.5.1 Released

Apache ActiveMQ Artemis 1.5.1 has been released.

This release has a few bug fixes, including a fix that will be
critical of users using Paging under constant load:

[ARTEMIS-748] - AddressSize show a negative number.
