Paul,

I had a quick look at the patch.  The problem it is
aimed at does need work.  I am worried, though, that
the patch changes all occurrences of Host: xxxxx
within both the request and response streams.   Do you
think you could do a little more work to only change
Host headers in an HTTP request?
