i am unable to stop Apache http server verison 2.4.48  through Command prompt
with Control+C.

I am not able to use service beacuase i dont have administrator rights for my
windows account.

Even after calling CONTROL+C in command prompt, if i run localhost on web
browser says "IT works" and so the server is not stopped.

Please suggest any help... Server stopping and restart not working. I want to
work only 
through command prompt SO please suggest any suggestion

Is there a way to stop Apapche http server thorugh TAsk Manager. Please let me
know... That also helps .Its in Windows 10
