   I believe (after quick look) that it has a potential to introduce security problems not performance issues. I believe this one allows non-airflow-core dependencies to be excuted in scheduler, which is something we should not really be comfortable with. There is a good reason why we want to limit dependencies to only execute code coming from "apache.airflow" deps.
