Patch, test only. WIP

There's one nocommit. I included a second test that creates an alias pointing to two collections, then deleting one of the underlying collections. Deleting the underlying collection succeeds, but subsequent queries against the alias fail with "No live servers". The alias exists is not deleted though.

Is this expected?
