Steps to reproduce:
1. Select/open a storage volume
2. Add a recurring snapshot (any type of schedule)

List of scheduled snapshots is populated only with labels Time, Timezone and Keep, without values (see attached screenshot).

API response for the volume used in screenshot example returns the following:
