   ### Motivation
   
   The current java client supports four access modes: `Shared`, `Exclusive`, `ExclusiveWithFencing`, and `WaitForExclusive`.
   
   C++ and Python also needs support.
   
   The issue is responsible for tracking, and specific tasks can be disassembled to do.
   
   
   
   ### Solution
