   User @krook thought `iff` was a typo but is actually `if only if` according to @rabbah 
   
   "Event-Condition-Action: run condition action and iff result is successful, run action."

   By the way are not docs about this combinators package at all.
   
   @rabbah is looking for volunteers to create a README.d ?
