How can I configure Alexandria to work with my project?

Hello,

I am trying to use Alexandria at work but I can't.....
I am having problems with the distribution...Am I mistaken or is there a
*.jar file (distribution.jar) that I have been unable to download from the
jakarta website.

I have tried serching the site but I am unable to find anything that can
solve my problem.

What do I need? I have downloaded alexandria.zip but it's seems to be not
enought to launch my project...

Hello, I was actually just wondering if anybody would be able to tell me
about the status of the project? We are currently working on a project that
could greatly benefit from using Alexandria.
