Currently the Queue depth is shown as KB and if the value is less than 1024bytes, it is shown as 0.
The feature of showing the queue depth in bytes, KB, MB should be in the management console and broker should send the actual value in bytes.

Discussed with Robbie, agreed two things:
- broker should sent queue depth back in bytes
- need someting flexible to associate with properties returned from the MBeans to allow aplication of conditional formatting
