Most mailing lists will reject and/or strip messages containing text/html,
so, there's no point in doing it :) On http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/ in
the index page, there's a little form where you can input the bug number, so
avoiding the query page... Use that...

Would anyone object if I asked for these (very nice, btw) summaries to be
sent out in multipart format with an HTML version so that the bugID can be
an href to the full PR?
