In order to communicate with Yarn cluster without Java installed we can use Yarn REST APIs as documented in [Hadoop YARN - Introduction to the web services REST API’s|http://hadoop.apache.org/docs/current/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-site/WebServicesIntro.html].
