Updating Tuscany SCA namespace

I am going to update the XML namespace in trunk to match the release  
version, specifically
* system namespace to http://tuscany.apache.org/xmlns/sca/system/2.0- 
alpha
* user namespace to http://tuscany.apache.org/xmlns/sca/2.0-alpha

However, as the physical marshallers are still experimental I am not  
going to change those for now (they will still be -SNAPSHOT even in  
the release).
