Site map (was: Re: 1600 users (was Is anyone REALLY using Jetspeed?))

I notice that you have a site map link across the bottom--do you generate
that automatically (the map, not the link)?  If so, how do you go about it?
(Code samples would be ideal, but I'd be happy with just a quick description
too.)
