   ## Summary
   
   - Refresh the per-provider model lists and allow entering a custom model id, so a newly released model can be used without waiting for a Studio release.
   - Add the anthropic provider with base URL presets for the official endpoint and the token-plan gateway.
   
   ## Test plan
   
   - [x] `cd server && mvn -B -ntp package -DskipTests`
   - [x] `mvn -B -ntp test -Dtest='LlmConfigServiceTest'` — 27 tests pass
   - [x] `cd web && npm run build`
   - [x] `npx vitest run src/pages/settings/__tests__/AiAssistantTab.test.tsx src/pages/studio/__tests__/LlmSettings.test.ts` — 10 tests pass
