[VOTE] Release Excalibur Phase III RC 4 (with Fortress)

I think Fortress is finally Good Enough (TM)  There are some
issues to be sure, but they can be worked out with a Fortress 1.1
on a short release cycle.

Everyone place your votes for a release on Friday (6/6).

PS On a sick humor note, it's a pity that we aren't in 2006 yet,
then the release could come on 6/6/06 >o)...
