cross-process lock

Hello everyone,

I just installed Apache 2.0.35 on Linux.  I start it but it dies right away. 

The errorlog says:

[emerg] (22)Invalid argument: Couldn't set permissions on cross-process lock

Does someone have an idea of what is going on?
