Include symbolic link

Quick question.  How do I make a include follow the symbolic link in
jsp.  This worked for me on Tomcat 3, but now I can't seem to get it on
tomcat 4.

Also,

A weird question.

I am using modjk to connect apache and tomcat.  I use many virtual hosts
so I JkMount *.jsp and /servlet on all of them.

Am I better to do this globably, or per virtual host??

And almost every virtual host except for 1 and only 1, pass off to
tomcat and I get a 404 on a file that is there.  However on one virtual
host where the apache directive and tomcat server.xml line are the same
as every other one, but its the only one that works??
