[jira] Commented: (GERONIMO-224) EJB 2.1 Timer support

David Jencks commented on GERONIMO-224:
---------------------------------------

The ejb timer implementation is based on a generic timer implementation in geronimo, which uses pluggable persistence mechanisms. The default mechanism uses jdbc persistence, using xstream to save the timer info.
