   When you use an HTTP_NO_CACHE delivery service, it doesn't apply to the mids since the `go_direct=true` is used at the edge. 
   
   At the time of this writting, the cache.config on the Mid cache are generated with `action=never-cache`.
   
   It doesn't affect anything, although it's just configuration that's not needed.
