Spring Framework dependencies should be upgraded to [6.0.17|https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-framework/releases/tag/v6.0.17] to incorporate various improvements and bug fixes.

Spring Security [6.2.2|https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-security/releases/tag/6.2.2] also includes several minor bug fixes and transitive dependency upgrades.
