The GCS connector project on GitHub may be a better place to track this, as the connector itself is maintained separately from the Hadoop project. [https://github.com/GoogleCloudDataproc/hadoop-connectors]

I see there's also a similar issue requesting support for per-bucket {_}credentials{_}: [https://github.com/GoogleCloudDataproc/hadoop-connectors/issues/623]
