[BUG] in with larger font-size

Hi
  When using a <fo:inline> with larger font-size within a <fo:block> with
lesser font-size,
the text in <fo:inline> is not rendered correctly.

eg.
	<fo:flow flow-name="xsl-region-body">
		<fo:block text-align="start">
			<fo:inline font-size="24pt">Test Data</fo:inline>
		</fo:block>
	</fo:flow>

Attached is the fo file and the generated pdf file using FOP(0.15 from
repository).
