[PATCH] IMAP2 config and NPE...

Hi all,

As promised I've done a patch for the config problems in the IMAP2
proposal. I've also included a small bug fix for the NullPointerException
in ImapHandlerImpl.java:218 I previously posted about.

I hope this is all fine. I did a cvs update from within proposals/imap2
then a cvs diff -u . >> ../imap2.patch.txt. I've had a look and it looks
right. Just the mods to ImapHandlerImpl.java, ImapServer.xinfo and
james-assembly.xml.

(Sounds rather pathetic after the hours I spent playing with it!)

Oh! Something I forgot and am not sure how to fix... There was a build
error with imap2's build.xml. It didn't create the
proposals/imap2/conf/samples/fetchmail directory which is apparently quite
vital for Ant to succeed. I didn't change the build script as I thought it
was prolly more a case of the main build script being called from imap2's
build script. I'll let you guys decide what to do about that.

I'm gonna work on the LDAP stuff now, until I hear back from Alex about
Maildir.

Adam,

Sounds great.  Could I trouble you to submit this to JIRA?  I find it 
easier to track patches there than in my inbox or the mailing list archives.

Hmm, that's interesting, but hopefully we can get IMAP into the main 
tree before too long so the proposal isn't necessary.
