is it possible to update the built-in documentation for HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and PHP?‏

Hello, sometimes when I want to use a feature I see Netbeans throw errors,
like @keyframe in CSS3 and some of php functions.
also with Javascript functions for HTML5 canvas, and some HTML attributes
like integrity and crossorigin attributes (found here
<https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/getting-started/introduction/>)

any ideas?
