User Getting 403 Forbidden Error

One of our users is getting:

"403 Forbidden HTTP error when attempting to merge a branch to the
trunk"

When doing a merge/reintegrate branch via an SVN GUI client. This
appears to possibly be a permissions problem. Your insight as to how to
fix will be greatly appreciated.

It depends on how your authorization works.

If you use a ACL list like for example "svn_access.conf" for your Apache
you have to add the
user name and give him rights on trunk and branch folders.
