Remove @author tags
We should remove @author tags.

I think the effort has been 'moderate' at best in the past, but fairly
recently, I ripped out all people identifiers and replaced with the generic
"Avalon Development Team" in the whole of "avalon/" and possibly various
places in avalon-excalibur.
But I think it still exists in avalon-phoenix, avalon-logkit and
avalon-sandbox (as doesn the ASL1.1).
I can take on fixing the rest later today...
