Regarding LoadOnStartupInterceptor

hi!

I installed tomcat 3.2.2 and was reading the server.xml. This file
does not seem to have an entry for the ContextInterceptor:
LoadOnStartupInterceptor. Inspite of this, tomcat is able to load
servlets and jsp files on startup. Does anyone know how this might be
happening?
